Who are iGrow's programs for?
School students (Class 8–12) and their parents, college students, graduates, working professionals, career switchers and aspiring leaders. Colleges and organisations can also bring our programs in-house.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both. We run live online sessions on weekdays and hands-on workshops at our Chennai campus on weekends. The exact format varies by program — we'll confirm it when we speak.
How does career counselling work?
It begins with a structured assessment suited to your stage — aptitude, interests, personality and more. An iGrow counsellor then walks you (and your parents, for school students) through the results one-on-one and helps you build a plan. See the counselling programs.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first conversation is free and there's no obligation to enrol. It's simply a chance to understand your goals and suggest the right next step.
Will I receive a certificate?
Our structured training programs include a certificate of completion. As an independent training academy, our certificates recognise your learning and are not formal academic qualifications.
